Indian idol 4: 14th February 2009: No Valentine day for Rajdeep

The show stared with showing some fighting spirit, which I was missing badly among the contestants. The song performed by all the four contest as opening theme was “AA Dekhe Jara“. Reason was simple, today’s guest were Vipasha and Neil; the pair from next coming movie named “Aa Dekhe Jara”. If someone remembers then Vipasha earlier been part of the show as guest with John last time at top two level.

Who has to be eliminated from here? Most of the eyes were over Torsha, but my instinct was saying that she can’t be. If she was to be then she must have been long back. If she still survives then its sure that her pure Indian feminine looks started working to drag votes for her. After all, right now, she is the best face remained on the show. J

Kapil was the first one to be declared as safe means my calculations were working right as for me the first name was either Sourabhee or Kapil. Pure calculations.

It was asked from Bipasha that who should be Indian Idol as per her view. Her name was Sourabhee with due apology to Torsha.

Later on one more Music release on sets of Indian Idol 4. After Music Release of “Delhi 6″, this time, it was “Aa Dekhe Jara“. As I seen and understood from the trailer, all of us would be looking for the same flick, which is expected to be released by 6^th March 2009. Looks seems very similar to Race. I hope the movie will also move in same way.

Bipasha came forward to shake legs with the contestants over the song of her next movie. Sourabhee really takes the dance step very easily. If I put my hand on my heart, then I really feel that among last four remained, she really deserves the title because of being a complete package and so was the decision announced by Neil, which made her move in one level further, to be one among the top three.

The last two names in danger were Torsha and Rajdeep. Torsha was hopeless, just like the last time, while Rajdeep was thinking that even if he come out safe from here, could he beat the rest two names?

Sonali wished to see Torsha safe and similar words were almost going to come from Javed Sir, but Rajdeep definitely been favourite of judges. Even if now judges mentioning Torsha’s name, then sure it was a sign to Rajdeep. Yes!!! Rajdeep you have to go from here.

Torsha was visibly surprised. It was really a great achievement as top three will get chance to perform all over and will get biggest audience than even.

Sorry Rajdeep!! Starting from a high and then maintaining everyone’s interest in you till the end, never go that easier. At some place, it was to be happen and today was the day.

“Rabba Mere Rabba Rabba” was the song, he chosen to sing as the last performance. The song, which I mentioned that no one else could have dared to choose to perform on.

Indian Idol 4: 13th February 2009 – Top Four performing on stage now

The day started with hussain dancing in some banjara like dress reminding of Mithun Da days over the song “I am a Disco Dancer”, while Chang reminding of Rajesh Khanna days with the song “Keh Du Tumhe”.

Later Torhsa entered the stage with Annu Malik like a Diva in metallic look. She is really shining with her looks and the attitude over the song “Aa Dekhe Jara“. Annu seemed to be quite enjoying the company as always.

Rajdeep with Javed Ji … the song was “Hum Who Hai Jo Do aur Do Panch Bana De” and Kapil with Kailash .. the song here was “Jahan Teri Ye Najar Hai“. The last pair to enter the stage was Sourabhee-Sonali and probably for the first time, we seen Sonali shaking her legs on stage with full beats and full mood.

Chang and Hussain were surprised to see the changed places of Judges and contestant. But I was surprised later on that for what it was meant for as it was not given that why this change was done? Look like they thought of some concept, but later on forgot to implement the same in rigt ways. Strange!!!!!!

Now each contestant was to sing two songs in a row; one from Retro Days and then from Disco days… .

Sourabhee: The first one to take on Retro night was the song “Lekar Hum Diwana Dil“. Her energy always kept on surprising everyone. How could she always be so good without falling even once. She is amazingly flawless with pronunciation most of the times and her energy is really unmatched. The next song from her side was “Jawani Janeman” and it was seductive in its own ways. She really stepped up very consistently. I wish to say that if she wins, then it will be victory of consistency for sure. May be she not getting high emotions to affect voters, but she always kept herself in the game.

My Ranking: 7/10

Kapil: I find his outfit really distracting today. It was not pleasant for me to see him in pink and yellow. Whose concept was this? Anyway, the first song chosen was “Gulabi Ankhein“. I really think that he is taking suggestions from his military friends as these songs are very popular among them. Take it as a random comment. The next song chosen was “Yeh Sara Jamana“. I must say that both the song chosen were having great potential to make it for a lifetime performance, if your personality come forward to go on top over these song, but for me Kapil failed to do the same and he always remained behind the shadow of legacy of songs only.

There were no green or red lights, but there were no praises from any judge’s side. Obviously, it was not that liked as it must have been.

My Ranking: 6.5/10

Rajdeep: Now, the next singer, who has many expectations like Emon carried over his shoulders in last season. But as per my calculations, focus is shifting from him now days. Although he has been consistent just like Sourabhee but he doesn’t has the regional fan base as Sourabhee does, neither do he poses some striking personality like Torsha. I fear that he is drifting away.

The first song was “Samane Yeh Kaun Aaya” and it was melodious for sure. As the second song, he chosen “Om Shanti Om“. I personally think that he fall down in energy level required for the same song. I don’t know, but I was not getting that top four feeling this time, which was always there in last all the seasons, but this time, I find it a little bit tasteless. I am sorry… not only Rajdeep, but no one is taking it to heart. The reason, I am not getting that much interested into the show anymore.

Among Judges, Kailash Kher pressed buttons for himself and Sonali’s sake. Although Judges come to praise him, but… I miss the killer instinct.

My Ranking: 6.5/10

Torsha: Here comes my Bengal Tigress, Torsha Sarkar.. chosen “Rangeela Re” as her first song. Apart from singing, as she was called as Eye Candy, she really was there. Her metallic makeup was really making her look like some performer. Apart from all, I rate her dressing sense the best. She picked up the high note at the right occasion. J The second song from her was “Laila Mai Laila” and what she was doing. She was awesome. Who says that she goes shy all the time. This is called as rocking. At least someone brought up the killer instinct in someway.

Kailash given a red light and others commented that she lost Sur sometimes and even she admitted the same. Only Javed Sir was there to praise her. Annu Malik was here to give full fledge praises for her.

As the last note, it was asked from judges that whom they think as Indian Idol based on today’s performances, then all of them were united over just one name and the name was Torsha Sarkar.

Indian Idol 4: 7th February 2009-Results again: I salute you Remo

One more result episode started with same fear again. Chang invited all of them on stage to sing the song, he along with his friends from season 3 sang to keep their spirits high “Rubaroo”. They really look cute together in the same way as I seen Indian Idol season 2. It’s really an achievement to me that I am writing for this season of Indian Idol till the end except four episodes in middle.

It was asked that what if Rajdeep leaves from here? What others will miss about him:?

Sourabhee answered that he irritates her more than any other and she will sure miss him. Torsha said she will miss her curiousity as he asks at least 10 questions over each and everything, so that would be missed. Similarly on asking that how much Remo would miss about Kapil, then Remo replied that he will miss Kapil from top to toe. Kapil was asked that whom he wants to see with him in top four; Remo or Sourabhee. He replied that Remo for sure. Brave Kapil. I really wondered that why didn’t camera came to take up the expressions of Sourabhee right then.

Later they shared their changed lives and aspirations with Indian Idol as they have moved up to a level from where their lives have to be move forward only. All of them were equally thrilled with what they are receiving to their ends.

All the four judges were handed over four envelopes, each having one name. Sonali was asked first to open up the envelope and Sonali after reading asked that what it meant to be? The name is safe or not? Chang asked what she wants…

Anyway, the name was Kapil.. obviously safe and in top four, no guesses about it.

Later Kapil and Remo were called on stage to sing the song “Yeh Dosti“. Kapil is really lucky to have both of his friends staying with him till the end. This much longer period really brought you close enough.

Kailash Ji was asked to open up the second envelope and the name was Rajdeep. The second name to enter in Top Four. Camera always rolling on Torsha exposing her expressions of fear and scare. Look like this all helping Torsha more and more, provided she is safe today.

She almost went on crying even much before the results itself. She said that she feels her percentage of leaving the stage at 95% only. She said that everyone said that what if anyone leaves from here, they already got so much. She said it will be too early to go for her.

Today was Annu’s wife’s birthday as well. He sang a rhyme for her from sets of Indian Idol.

Later it was asked from Javed Ji that whom he wants to see to be safe in next. His choice was Sourabhee, while Sonali’s choice was Torsha. Netx name was announced from Annu Malik and the name to be safer side was expected one Sourabhee.

Finally two in danger were Torhsa-Remo and against everyone’s best surprise, this time, it worked for Torhsa’s favour. Is she coming back to climb upon?

Torsha’s words were “Remo nahi ja sakta” and smiling/laughing Remo replied “Ab to gaya“. He really shown much more maturity than his own age. I really never saw someone taking the negative results against him this much bravely. Whatever people might have thought about him till now, but each of them might be feeling a pain in their heart.

He was really taking the stage like some Don. It was he who performed with full flow, full smiles and called everyone on stage. Even at the very end of the episode, he was able to get people smiling by touching Hussain’s feet in naughtiness. Remo!!! You might not be the winner of the game, but you won many heart as a player for sure.

I salute you Remo… I salute you.

Indian Idol 4: 6th February 2009-Again a date with Sonu Nigam

Sonu Nigam; the youth icon again here to cheer up contestants. Last time, its been a treat to see performing all of them at their best, let’s see what’s up this time.

Kapil Thapa: The song was “Mujhe Raat Din”. Somewhere from inside, I might not giving Kapil and Sourabhee enough credits for moving up step by step, as regional issues making more of it, but I really felt with this song that he deserves. He has a very nice voice, but he is limited by modulation and confidence, which someone trend, should be possessing.

Sonali given a red and same with other judges except Sonu Nigam only. Judges said that one needs to be flawless for being here and what you did today was not matching the stage. Even Sonu said he given a green in courtesy only as he didn’t wished to be a strict judge otherwise…

Really a bad day for Kapil. For me, he was not bad, but there was not enough modulation in voice for sure.

My Ranking: 6.5/10

Rajdeep: He chosen the song from Annu Malik’s shelf “Rabba Mere Rabba” from the movie “Mujhe Kuch Kehna Hai“. I really never wondered that someone would be performing with this commercial song on stage. In fact, the song with korus always seem tougher to me as practicing such song never gives you the same feeling.

But as always, he was right there, on the top of perfection. He has been really one of most consistent performer in this season. I find him most favourite for Rajdeep.

Annu also shared that this song was sang by Sonu in 15 mins flat only. Sonu told that he was having Lucky Ali in his mind, while singing the same song. Both of them, Annu and Sonu were much happy over the rendering of song in the way it was. All other judges said that he is right there, where he really deserve.

On asking that whom he see in top three except him, then the two names were Remo and Sourabhee. Has someone got some reason to smile on this?

My Ranking: 7.5/10

Later, we seen Sonu performing with Kailash on “Ya Rabba De De koi Jaan Bhi Agar“, it was a real treat to hear and I decided to put the same song as caller tune over my one of the number all of sudden.

Sourabhee: The song chosen was “Khamoshiyan gungunane lagi“. Not only me, but everyone always wonders that how she perform flawlessly again and again over Hindi songs.

She got greens from Sonali, Javed Ji and Sonu, but red lights from Annu and Kailash. Javed Sir started with saying that she got the green in courtesy, otherwise she is not at her best. Same was the opinion of Sonali and Sonu. Annu said that he is either black or white; means either good or bad and you are not good today. Annu’s descriptive comment saying that if you can’t then you should not try, was a bit rude, might have hurt Sourabhee. For me again, the performance went similar to that of Kapil.

Later to make the girl smile, Chang asked her that what she seen in Kapil that ditched him? The reply was bold and comic enough, when she said that she think about future and don’t want to see the children with small eyes only. J Really entertaining… she got everyone laughing. Sourabhee!! I know you won’t lose your eyes from the target.

After this hilarious node, the next singer to perform on stage was Remo Ghosh.

Remo Ghosh: The song chosen was “Tumko Paya Hai to” from the movie “Om Shanti Om”. The song was really so good. I am really along with Annu, when he was surprised with his performances now days. He taken his level up at the right stage. It really looks like he is a very clever player as such a graph makes till the end of such reality shows.

He got only red from Kailash Kher. Interestingly, his answer for Top three was Sourabhee, Kapil and Rajdeep. Anyone could really have seen disappointment on face of Torsha.

My Ranking: 7/10

Torsha Sarkar: The Eye-Candy of Indian Idol must be going through depressing days for sure as she always seem to be very sentimental girl and she is always feeling that she will be the next one to go. Torhsa come out of this and take everything positively. Your Indian feminine ascent and looks will able to get best out of you, just believe on yourself.

The same words were from Sonu Nigam and might have encouraged her as well. She finds herself along with Sourabhee and Rajdeep in top three.

My Dell XPS got stolen from my room on 23rd January 2009

Sometimes life really takes weird turns, just few weeks back or precisely more than one month back, I told you all that I bought a brand new Laptop and that too with a pretty good configuration with lots of joys and shared a few things with it. And now after many days, I am coming to report you all that it has been stolen.

Reading all this might be looking sad, but being into it is quite miserable. It was really a sweetheart to me, given the rise to the artist in me once again, was companion in my Mumbai visit.. but that’s it… just this much was the story.

How was the theft? How it happened? Have you reported? What police is saying? Who could have done this? You doubt on whom?

I know all these questions… but no answers or no means now… I miss …

Word of Caution: Keep your Laptop ensured from theft as well. 

Indian Idol 4: Result Episode 31st January 2009-How could one loose Bhavya

One more result episode and this time, Chang was back after a few many episodes. Again the same pressure of loosing someone… Bhavya was asked very first the very much known and funny question “How does it feels?“. Bhavya given the words that at this point everyone stands this much closer in votes that no one knows that what turn the next day will take? Moreover, with each friend going one after one, one side it felt stepping up towards the title and another side… just miserable.

Top Six were asked to sing the Indian Idol song for this season “Hum Rahe Ya Na Rahe“. I really liked the same song only after the Indian Idol 2 group song.

Later on, Amit Paul was introduced to sing a song with Sourabhee. The song is in fact the debut song of himself in the movie “Luck By Movie”. Really Indian Idol changes the lives. As about comment over the song, then I felt that Sourabhee was singing a beat upwards, which was making the song go faster in comparison to the male singer himself, otherwise, the song is really good.

Later it was revealed that the song was given to Amit Paul on recommendation of Javed Sir as the song is written by himself. In next moment, a new voice announced that Sourabhee is safe. While everyone was surprised, Soha Ali taken on the stage to promote her next film “Dhoodhate Rah Jaoge”. Soha was asked that who is her favourite in this season and the name was Torsha.

In next Remo was invited on the stage by the title Special Guest, before anyone else could have guessed what is this all about, Hussain called in next, find the 10 year older and cooler version, Kunal
Khemu. Really the similarity in their looks was noticeable. Remo said that only body buildup is keeping him down, no matter, he will make it up in next 10 years. He asked for a few dance steps, which Kunal given for sure.

Later on, in dramatic style, it was announced that Remo is safe.

In next, attention was moved over the back stage life again and it was shown that all of the contestants visited Holistic Health Guru Micky Mehta and it was all about chanting, candles and swimming. Don’t know why, in all outings, I find Torsha most lovely. J Am I getting a crush? L I know she has written committed on her profile.

Kapil was declared safe all of a sudden and after the break, Torsha and Bhavya were declared to be in bottom, while Rajdeep was safe.

Torsha was asked that who could be out, then strangely she commented that Bhavya deserved to be safe, but as its been many times that she came in bottom, so sure he is more under the axe. Annu was sure taking this decision as Idiotic one and he was sure visibly upset on loosing his favourite of the show.

Chang reminded her that she always thought of being into Top Five, don’t know why? She lost control from herself over these words and cried a bit as she always really thought to be there. She said don’t know why this happened, just one step before…. Although personally, I know that its not going to stop her and her journey with the music will be continued. We found Rajdeep literally crying while Bhavya performing with full mood over the Lucky film’s song “Chori Chori“

Bhavya was sure a deserving candidate. We lost her again.

 

Indian Idol 4: 30th January 2009-Sourabhee-Remo-Rajdeep stolen the show

Surprising guest for today were Farhan RockOn Akhtar and Joya Akhtar to promote Luck By Chance and it was sure to be a family episode. First Sourabhee was shown to meet with her family, then Torsha meeting her father, Rajdeep meeting his mom, Remo meeting his family, Bhavya meeting her mom and finally Kapil meeting his dad. For us, this was just a moment, but only contestants, which are really away from their normal lives, knew better that what this moment is.

Bhavya Pandil: The song to give the start to the show was “Mujhe Rang De”. Although
there were a few experimental touch to the original song, but the spirit was still untouched and what really impressed me, was the perfection with breaths and ups and downs of the song. That’s what make you standing above all.

She got what she deserved, all praises and all greens. Annu said that she was at her best ever in this show and also said that tomorrow; he will record a song with her. Farhan said that Asha Ji would have been proud of her. Javed Sir said that clarity of words was commendable. Kailash said that she is able to handle Sunidhi songs as well as classical song with the same ease.

Torsha Sarkar: The song chosen was “Tere Bina Jiya Jaye Na“. So, the girl is counting on her forte now. She was perfect with her beats, rhythm and emotions. Somewhere she goes shy, somewhere she holds/ hide herself from coming out, but she is heartthrob for boys, who like to see their girl as traditional one.

Annu given the only red saying that Antara was not as good as the Mukhda. Javed Sir commented that you started with shakes, but managed later. Farhan also felt that Surs were not there at some points, but her voice deserves a green.

I don’t know what to say, but for me, she was nowhere lesser than Bhavya.

My Ranking: 7/10

Kapil Thapa: The song was from the movie “Om Shanti Om” … “Ankhon Me Teri” and handsome dude went smoothly with the same. Although it was coming out that the song is being performed and not like original at all, so he gets negatives. Moments were high when Sourabhee entered into stage to make dual with him. He looks sweet and calculations always favouring him and Sourabhee to stay more in this competition, so I know that he won’t be in danger.

Farhan commented on diction, Javed Sir given a hard comment that there was no emotions in this song and he pronounced every possible word wrong, Joya commented that there was no romance in this song. Joya, Sonali and Javed Sir were along with red.

The mood was suddenly changed, when Hussain asked Kapil’s parent that what is his opinion on dancing of Kapil-Sourabhee. He commented that he always likes the pair. It was sure enough to make both of them go blushing. Even Sourabhaee was asked and she made a comment that if Idol keep them together, then will think later on. Same were comments of Sourabhee’s father. J

My Ranking: 6.5/10

Kapil asked Farhan to teach them that rocking look with Guitar and so he was on stage to make everyone moving. I was just thinking about Javed Sir that how memorable all this is for him, I mean his boy is taking the floor on his own even under his own big presence. I don’t think that there was any change, even if Farhan was not son of Javed Ji.

In next, it was time to put clips from families of Anchor’s and judges. The first one was from Goldie
Bahal, husband of Sonali, who said that he find his home totally miserable without her, then it was Nootan Kher, seven years younger sister, sparkling one was daughter/ ‘girl friend’ of Annu Malik and finally it was Tina, wife of Hussain, who asked him to keep on wearing the wedding ring for a few days. Sourabhee handed over the same ring and Hussain taken the same on. I will see in next episodes that till when this ring is in his hands.

Rajdeep: “Mora Saiyan Mose Bole Na”… a strange unheard song, which was sang by Rajdeep, on request of his cousin brother, who has passed away some days back. It was a touching performance. Same were comments of judges; all of them felt the emotions behind the song. Not much of my comments, as the song itself was enough to make people go silent.

My Ranking: 8/10

Remo Ghosh: Before the performance itself, his mom was called to speak and I should say that it was not that pleasant. Not everyone knows to handle the mike. I have seen it quite many times, when my friends were not well with that and this time his mom.

Leave it apart, he made everyone just stunned by his performance on “Hamari Adhoori Kahani“. He sounded just original, if we leave just a fraction of nodes apart. He looked good and confident and presented the song so well that everyone out there went against their farmer opinion that it’s him, who should go back in next results.

Really it’s going to tough and all of us left thinking that who will go out in next results.

Sourabhee: The song was “Le Ke Jara Jara” from the movie “Pukaar”, in which Madhuri performed on the same song. Once it was started, I know many would have been said that no one other than Sourabhee could have chosen the same song, out of all four seasons of Indian Idol. I know this comment may seen to be exaggerated a bit, but I really know it.

Somewhere Rhythms mighty be going missing, but the performance was so well that it was overshadowing everything. She was a perfect rock star material. Sonali asked her to teach a few of the dance steps. After looking at movements of Sonali, I was really wondering that how come Madhuri performed over the same song. Really commendable!!!!

My Ranking: 7.5/10

So, Sourabhee finished it with the right ways.

Today’s result was a surprise because of having Amrita Rao as an anchor for first few mins. She was here to promote his next coming movie “Victory“. It was quiet funny too. Don’t know it was an initiative from Amrita side or from Indian Idol side.

No Chang was here to host with Hussain. As we move in to final stages, guessing who will be in bottom and who will be safe become more and more difficult. Remo and Kapil were declared safe in one shot, which sure might have given agony to some of the contestants.

The next surprise was to see Shan on the show. I mean he has been anchor of Sa Re Ga Ma Pa and Voice of India like Zee shows from long, who seemed to be rivals of Sony’s Indian Idol. His presence was not expected to me, like that of Alka Yagyanik in early selection rounds. Yes! He was here to promote something… Film industry is really professional.

I must really praise Shan for his talent and should say that Shan and Sonu are like two all time jewels of Indian music industry. The director of “Victory” was also here. Somewhere I see glimpses of Yuvraaj in this movie.

Sourabhee was declared to be on safe side by Shan, while a few moment later, Torsha got her name in the safe list from Amrita Rao side means rest three were under axes.

Can you believe this? Bhavya, Prasenjit and Rajdeep in bottom six? Is it really a mess?

Indian Idol 4: 23rd January 2009-In the colors of republic day

The show started featuring the song “Mile Sur Mera Tumhara” in voices of Indian Idol contestants, although it was objectionable that the singers were Kapil, Rajdeep, Bhavya, Prasenjit, Torsha and Sourabhee only. I was wondering that why Remo was skipped from the bunch, although he was shown in the last part of the video, but no line went into his part. Strange!!!!!! May be some personal reason.

It was so graceful to see all the judges and audiences standing up in the last part of the song. The special guest for today was Rang De Basanti fame Rakesh Om Prakash Mehra, who was here with Sonam Kapoor to promote his next film Delhi 6. I have seen promos of the same film and I should sure say that it must be a great film… really looking for it so eagerly.

Rajdeep: The shining and innocent looking boy was here with the song “Mera Rang De Basanti Chola“. Although I was not happy, when he lost breaths at a few places between the song, but still wish to give him full credits to keep the emotions and spirit of the same song high from start to end. I am happy that judges were not here to spare him. Red lights from Javed Sir and Kailash Kher…. and his wet eyes were sure enough to carry votes.

My Ranking: 6.5/10

Bhavya Pandit: The talented girl picked up the pearl “Ae Mere Vatan Ke Logo” and with her perfectionist voice, really the song was moving enough to give goose pimples to people around there. The noticeable thing was her change of tempo and mood according to the nodes, really she looked professional yet possessive about the song.

Strange was to see Javed Sir’s red light. He explained his stand with the words that the song is one of the best songs India ever had, but one should not confuse the song and the singer. She was not at the best and lost momentum at a few places. Although the same comment brought up strong differences between judges once again.

My Ranking: 7/10

Kapil Thapa: Sure, the spotlights should be kept focus on the military man here, who could have felt emotions better than anyone else? The song chosen was “Kar Chale Hum Fida” and I should say that if I leave the lead lines, then he was nowhere impressing me with his voice or pitching. Sorry Kapil, I am not impressed at all.

Really pathetic that he got all greens except Javed Ji. Are differences among the judges more important than the real judgment itself? Kailash’s words were full of praises, which were kind of irritating. One should get complained, when performance is not on the mark and that’s what Javed Sir did.

My Ranking: 6/10

In the next moment, Indian Idol really received an honor to have music release of Delhi 6. I can’t say right now, but really could predict that in next few days, Indian Idol will realize that how big honor it was. It’s not going be something lesser in ranks of RDB. We really seen some of nice glimpses of the same movie by entirely original dance steps of Sonam. It must be a treat to watch.

 

Prasenjit: The decent, hard working and talented boy chosen a high spirit song “Suno Gaur Se Duniya Walo“. I am sorry Prasenjit, you didn’t’ lived up to the rank. Somewhere the boy was more busy in tries of connecting to audience more than the singing itself. I really found that he could have done a much better job, if he was concerned of his singing only. Although not much complaints from him as Indian Idol not giving full credits to singing itself as per traditions.

Surprising was all five greens. He was fine, but not as best that he could have gone without any complaints. Although Rakesh said that the choice was not as good. Good luck….

Some moments were shared from the home coming of Prasenjit. He really someone very innocent.s

Torsha Sarkar: The girl chosen the stick with the basics and came up with the song “Vande Mataram“. Coming up with the most sang song and then keeping everyone interested in till the end is really not an easy job and I should say the girl bounced back with a bang.

Although it was not at all perfect due to her love towards her Bengali touch, but still attempting such a song was something brave.

She got praises from Rakesh and Sonam for her truly Indian attitude. She really look like something.

My Rankling: 7/10

Remo Ghosh: Interesting was to see the song selection of the Chota Don. He chosen the song from the movie Munnabhai MBBS, “Bande Me Tha Dum”. Like the controversies with the movie’s attire, it might be questionable that was the moment for tribute to nation or someone? He did a nice job…. really a nice and smooth job. Sonali given an expert comment that you are really a smart singer, know your limits and come up with a perfect choice of song most of the time.

Having all green must be like a dream to him.

The next moment was to have a performance from Javed Ali and Kailash Kher. Kailash is like been a legend for sufi singing for this era.

Sourabhee: We just seen someone getting praises for his song selection and here comes the princes for that thing. I always said that this girl is putting her step very economically and brilliantly. She slowly slowly climbed up to this stage without putting herself into much danger. The song was “Yeh Mera India” from the movie “Pardesh“. Clever, very clever.

All greens again. Javed Sir commented that this is not an easy song, although it might look like. Annu Malik given a standing ovation and that prompted Javed Sir saying that all is well, if it ends well and this show got we two agreed on something finally.

I don’t really rate this episode as something high enough in standards. For me, no one was at proper best, but it was enjoyable.
